Return
Our policy lasts for 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, it is a pity that we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed
-There are obvious signs of use.
-Any item that is not in its original state is damaged or lost due to non-fault of ours.
Refund
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refund
If you haven't received the refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company and your refund may take some time to be officially announced.
Contact your bank next. There is usually some processing time before the refund is posted.
